Manna House Staff
Marcia Allen, csj is a staff member of Manna House of Prayer. She holds a B.A. in history and French; a M.S. in Administration from Kansas State University, and a Doctor of Ministry degree in Spirituality from the Graduate Theological Foundation. She is currently president of the Sisters of St. Joseph and is an experienced facilitator for workshops and retreats.
Janet Lander, csj received her BA and Masters in Education from Mount St. Mary’s College in Los Angeles and a Masters in Pastoral Ministry and Post-Masters Certificate in the Practice of Spirituality from Boston College. Her Manna House ministry includes giving retreats and workshops, facilitating assemblies/chapters for religious communities, and serving as a spiritual director.
Bette Moslander, csj is the Program Director for Manna House of Prayer. She holds a PhD in theology from St. Mary’s Notre Dame. She is past-president of her religious community and of the Leadership Conference of Women Religious. She has long experience in consultation with religious communities of women. She facilitates workshops and retreats and is an experienced spiritual director.
Liberata (Liebe) Pellerin , csj received an M.A. in Religious Studies from the Catholic University of America. Her certificate from the year's study in spirtual direction was from the Jesuit School of Theology in Berkeley. She has been supervisor for spirtual directors studying at Creighton University and is currently a spirtual director at Manna House. Her ministry also includes retreat work and journaling.
Betty Suther, csj is the Administrator at Manna House of Prayer. She holds a M.S. in Administration from Kansas State University and a M.A. in Christian Spirituality from Creighton University. She is a certified and experienced spiritual director and MBTI consultant. She is a quilting artist and facilitates workshops for beginners and experienced quilters; she also gives quilting retreats.
